Practice:  Monday through Thursday, 5:00 - 7:00 pm

PT:  Monday/Wednesday, 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Yoga:  Friday, 3:30 - 4:30 (Bring a Mat) 

Last Yoga session Friday 10/6, 2:45 - 3:45

Saturday:  9:00 - 10:30 am

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PLAYERS

All players will be given a team jersey(s) to be worn at all matches, as well as team backpacks.  These items will be checked out at the beginning of the season and must be returned at the conclusion of the season in like condition from when they were checked out.  As part of the Booster Club fee, all players will receive the following:
  • 1 performance wear warm-up shirt
  • 2 practice t-shirts
  • 2 pairs EHS socks
The socks and warm-up should be worn at all matches, along with navy spandex shorts (to be provided by parents) and white knee pads (also provided by parents).
